The project is a 12 unit townhouse project near the DU Campus. The proposed structure would be 12 three story residences with private garage access from the Alley side. Each unit would have two bedrooms and terrace. The main living program and second bedroom are located on the Second Level with a Master Suite and terrace on the Third Level.
